Refund Policy
14-day return window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Slim Coffee Booster order for a full refund. This applies to all orders regardless of your location, consistent with consumer protection principles under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Australian Consumer Law.
How to initiate a return
To return a product, contact us within the 14-day window at info@naturlifeix.world. Please include your name, phone number used to place the order, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund. Partially used products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-returnable items
Products that have been fully consumed are not eligible for return. Promotional gift items included with an order are non-returnable.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. As our standard payment method is cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer or your preferred method - we will confirm this with you during the return process.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
